Billing
Because customized itineraries require advance planning, research, reservations, and coordination, a non-refundable 10% planning retainer is required to begin itinerary development. This amount is applied toward the final tour balance and includes a 20-minute phone or video consultation to customize your experience.
The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your tour.
Expedited planning for last-minute bookings may require additional fees depending on availability and logistics.
